2003 Navigator Vs. Escalade

sticky rice with SQUID IN SOY SAUCE (fussioncook) +1 + 1 DRAWING CONTEST

A dish that I did last week, as always with what I had in the fridge and freezer and that was very rich and sweet rice. Rice used the Dacsa which incidentally I finished this week and I can no longer do without it, it's great, this weekend I'll spend to buy the supermarket Gadis.

Ingredients for 2-3 people: 220 gr
rice
DACSA
2 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons
fried tomato onion
Media
A piece of red pepper and green pepper (I used frozen mercadona)
1 fish stock cube 300
g of frozen squid
A splash of white wine
A stream of olive oil
Dye Twice the rice water (the rice is weighed in a glass jar and use that as a measure for water)

Put a splash of olive oil in the tank and manual to program a menu 180. When hot gilded onion half and red and green pepper chopped frozen or fresh. Put the squid in the bucket (I forgot to thaw and were frozen for the basin), give a few laps to go thawing the squid. Add the soy sauce, ketchup and white wine. We let the wine evaporate the alcohol. Add the shredded fish pellet and coloring to taste. We double the rice water and schedule 10 minutes with manual menu valve closed. Manually depressurized, stir and serve.
